Extending Your Stay

Kubota is pleased to host you and your guest for four nights, Monday, March 9 – Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Grand Velas Los Cabos. If you would like to extend your stay at your own expense, the group room rate of $1,624.95 per night, double occupancy, will be available for two nights pre-trip (March 7 and 8) and three nights post-trip (March 13, 14, and 15) based on availability and assigned suite type.  Additional room nights, airfare, or other costs related to your extension are at your own expense. 

Extending your stay is not guaranteed as it is based on availability at the Grand Velas Los Cabos. After you have completed registration, the Kubota Events Team will contact the resort to confirm availability for your requested extension. Please note that your flights cannot be booked until you have received confirmation on resort availability from the Kubota Events Team. Your extended stay confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible. 

If you are extending at the Grand Velas Los Cabos, your transportation will be arranged on your behalf. If you are extending at another property, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
